CallPayWall
SMS Consent
Effective date: 2026-10-30
CallPayWall sends transactional SMS messages only when requested by a user or caller.
Account owners
Account owners may receive verification codes, account notifications, and call-related alerts after entering their mobile number during signup, login, onboarding, account setup, or account settings.
Callers
Callers may receive a one-time secure payment link by SMS only after they call a CallPayWall-protected number or submit a contact request and agree to receive the payment link for that active request.
Demo line callers
Business owners can call the CallPayWall demo line to hear how our virtual office manager, Paige, answers calls. Demo texts go only to the phone number that called the demo line, and only after that caller agrees on the call.
Paige asks before every text. For example:
"Want me to text you what you'd see on your phone for that call?"
"Can I text you the sign up link?"
A text is sent only after the caller says yes. If the caller says no, nothing is sent. The caller's answer is logged with the call record.
Every demo text names CallPayWall, and the first text of each call says: "Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply."
Demo texts show what the service does: a sample job summary, a sample of what Paige can do for the caller's business, and the link to sign up. Up to 4 texts are sent per demo call, and no texts are sent after the call ends unless the caller writes to us. Reply STOP at any time to stop demo texts, or HELP for help. Support: support@callpaywall.com.
Message frequency, rates, and opt-out
